ADCO NORTH was very involved in the construction phase
of this open pit diamond mine. Some of the projects undertaken by the ADCO team were the Boiler House construction, Fuel Tank Farm, Sewage Treatment Facility, Stand-By Power Generation system as well as the Utilidor. Since 2003, when construction came to an end and the mine moved into full operational/production mode, ADCO has remained on site as part of the Tli Cho Projects group providing maintenance support and Capital Project construction mechanical and electrical support for the ongoing infrastructure improvement projects. Our exceptional safety record and workmanship have solidified our continuing presence on the Diavik mine site as a the preferred electrical/mechanical contractor.
